For this new office, no fixed working desk is assigned to the staff except the legal department, most of them are mobile working. They can choose the appropriated working environment base on their work nature, some space are fully enclosed with good acoustic for private call and meeting, some space are semi open for concentrated working, some space are very open that allow staff to collaborate, some space are dim to provide a cozy and relaxing atmosphere for causal work, some space are specially designed for staff to have dreaming or brainstorming, etc. With this new concept, the space design are also need to be more creative and inspiring to enhance the concept, standard design, formal working desk and furniture are all avoid. Conversely, we have introduced interesting shape, texture and special form on ceiling, wall design even the furniture selection.
