Topform is a bra manufacturer, it launched its 15000 sqft office at Port 33. Efficient space planning is crucial since the client splits the office across 2 floors and the supporting facilities cannot be easily shared. In terms of the planning, we maximized the space to create a practical layout with the aesthetic and flexibility consideration.  We made use of the public lift lobby and merge it into a part of greeting zone with keeping the balance between the client’s DNA and the existing provision. For back office,  we tailored a clean, tidy, stylish and collaborative space in order to cater their need to handle a lot of samples and fabric with launching a numerous meeting in daily operation.
